关于计算父母移民10年后领取养老金的时间解读

应不少同学建议，把我的一跟帖发在这里供参考，请大家批评指导。
首先应用40表的一段话作为开场白：All migrants have to be in Australia for 10 years as a permanent resident before they are eligible to apply for an Australian aged or disability pension.
年龄必须达到澳洲规定的年龄，同时还要满足：
1、要累计住满3650天，相当十年。
2、累计达到3650天的期限没有要求，如果你愿意，可以无限长。
3、累计的3650天必须有一段居住符合：连续5年（不得间断），每年至少住9个月以上。这“五年”，可以在3650天的前期，也可以在后期或者中期。

为了方便理解，举例说明如下：
张、王、李、赵四位同学的老爸老妈通过澳洲移民局的父母移民签证（无论何类别的父母签证）于2014年5月1日，持父母移民签证赴澳。

一、老张夫妇：比如入境后从没有离开过澳洲，那么2024年4月30日就达到了居住十年（3650天），而且又“有五年连续居住9个月以上”。这时候就看年龄是否符合当地居民的领取年龄了。

二、老王夫妇：比如从2014年5月1日开始，N次进出澳洲境；到2034年4月30日，用了20年时间达到了累计居住3650天要求（移民局边境系统中有记录）。而且在这20年里，其中有五年，而且是连续的五年，每年都在澳洲居住9个月以上时间。那么，就看二老的年龄是否符合当地居民的领取年龄了。

三、老李夫妇：比如从2014年5月1日开始，N次进出澳洲境；到2044年4月30日，用了30年才达到居住累计3650天（移民局边境系统中有记录）。但在这30年里，没有“连续五年，每年都在澳洲居住9个月以上时间”的情况。那么二老的年龄符合当地居民的领取年龄也没戏。

四、老赵夫妇：比如从2014年5月1日开始，N次进出澳洲境；到2064年4月30日，用了50年也没有达到居住3650天要求（移民局边境系统中有记录）。那么就不用再计算二老的年龄了。

说得啰嗦了，如果还不明白，我只能建议你自己登录移民局官网了。
年龄问题没有涉及，因为这是你应该知道的。

不仅仅只是父母移民。

我原来的理解是呆10年，其中5年每年离境不超过3个月

理解錯誤。應該看centrelink的資料，而不應該看移民表格裡面的資料。

You also need to have been an Australian resident for a continuous period of at least 10 years, or for a number of periods that total more than ten years, with one of the periods being at least five years, unless you:

are a refugee or former refugee, or
were getting Partner Allowance, Widow Allowance or Widow B Pension immediately before turning Age Pension age, or
are a woman whose partner died while you were both Australian residents, and you have been an Australian resident for two years immediately before claiming Age Pension

"have been an Australian resident" 要求是澳洲居民，而不是在澳洲境內。
