我父亲年龄达到65岁已经满足年迈父母移民要求，想咨询一下年迈父母移民的内容

1.我看到年迈父母可以在澳洲申请，那我是否可以探亲签证先把我父母带到澳洲然后在澳洲申请年迈父母移民？

2.如果我父母探亲签证过期，但是移民签证又没有下来这段期间他们可以留在澳洲吗？

3.如果说付费和不付费的年迈父母移民都可以在澳洲等待，那我是不是申请免费的年迈父母移民即可？免费的年迈父母移民在澳洲等待期间享受什么待遇？付费的年迈父母移民在澳洲等待期间享受什么待遇？

4.对于担保人的要求我找了半天没找到，只在http://www.immi.gov.au/migrants/ ... ibility-sponsor.htm看到要求PR，是不是这点即可？

探亲签证如果有8503nofurtherstay条款，就不可以在境内申请移民，如果逾期不归也是不可以的。。。不管什么类型的父母移民，等待期间，如果父母来澳州居住，只是visitors,不享受任何福利，要自己购买visitors的医疗保险。。。

担保人的话，需要是settledPRorcitizen,booklet3里面是这么说的：SettledandusuallyresidentTobeeligibletosponsoryou,yoursponsormustbeabletoshowthattheyaresettledand,thattheyareusuallyresidentinAustralia.SettledmeansthatyourAustraliancitizen,AustralianpermanentresidentsoreligibleNewZealandcitizensponsormusthavebeenlawfullyresidentinAustraliaforareasonableperiod.Underpolicy,2yearsisgenerallyconsideredtobeareasonableperiod.Theremaybeexceptions,however,andthefactsofeachcaseareconsideredonanindividualbasisbytheofficerofthedepartmentwhoismakingthedecision,particularlyiftherehavebeenperiodsoflawfultemporaryresidencethatcanappropriatelybecountedtowardsthesettledrequirement.AshorterperiodoflawfulresidencemaybeconsideredforAustraliancitizensforsettledpurposesiftherearecompassionateandcompellingcircumstances.Asamatterofpolicy,theeligibilityperiodforAustraliancitizensponsorsinsuchcircumstancesisatleast3months’residence.BeingusuallyresidentinAustraliaisamandatoryrequirementforsponsorswhoareAustralianpermanentresidents.Inaddition,itisalsoarequirementforallsponsorsforthepurposesoftheBalanceofFamily(BoF)test(seepage24).TheBoFtestrequiresthat,tobecountedpositively,yourchildrenmustbeusuallyresidentinAustralia.Underpolicy,theusuallyresidentrequirementprovidesatestofthesponsor'scommitmenttoAustraliaandtheircapacitytosupportyou.AbsencefromAustraliadoesnotautomaticallymeanitisnotyoursponsor’susualresidence.However,whetherornotapersonislegallyusuallyresidentinaparticularcountrydependsontheindividualcircumstancesandcanonlybedeterminedbytheofficerofthedepartmentmakingthedecision.

那我就不太明白了，我看条文老年父母和一般父母区别是，老年父母可以直接在澳洲提出申请，那他们以什么身份待在澳洲申请嘛？澳洲政府没有说法吗？总不至于自己申请那个最多一年期一次的探亲签证吧？

探亲签证不一定有8503条款的。。。但具体移民局是按什么标准来决定加不加8503，我就不清楚了。。。

由于澳洲政府视中国大陆为高危地区，因为过期居留、黑工的情况比较多，所以大陆的探亲签证都有8503。听说香港和澳门的探亲签证会没有8503，只是听说，不确定。
