过期的认证是否可以作为评估基础？

想了解一下如果我有MCSE，PMP等证书，但是已经过了有效期，同时它们的有效期是在我要认证的过去工作经历之内，能否上传作为ACS评估的基础材料？

其实LS两位TX都应该好好看一下这个文档：Skills-Assessment-Guidelines-for-Applicants-1-July-2012-V1.pdf
在第14页，对于vendor certification都有非常详细的描述，我可以摘录一点出来：
Microsoft Certification:
To confirm your Microsoft qualification, we require the Transcript ID and Access Code.
 Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
 Microsoft Certified Solution Developer.
 Microsoft Certified Professional Developer.
 Microsoft Certified IT Professional from 2007.
 Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist from August 2009.

Novell Certification:
 Certified Lotus Professional or Certified Novell Engineer from 1997.
 Certified Directory Engineer from Novell.
 Master Certified Novell Engineer.
 Certified Novell Instructor.

Cisco Certification
The following list outlines the Cisco Certification accepted by the ACS. Certifications must be valid at the time of submitting the skills assessment and display the validation date.
Cisco Professional:
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) - All tracks.
• Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP).
• Cisco Certified Voice Professional (CCVP).
• Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP).
• Cisco Certified Internetwork Professional (CCIP).
Cisco Expert:
• Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert (CCIE) - All tracks.
• Cisco Certified Design Expert (CCDE).
Cisco Architect:
• Cisco Certified Architect.

Additional Certifications
 CITEC Certified Engineer or Oracle Certified Master from 2004.
 Certified Information Systems Auditor or Certified Information Security Manager from Information Systems Audit and Control Association from 14 June 2007.
 Certified Information Systems Security Professional from International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium from May 2008.
 Examination in Computing or Examination in IT from Australian Computer Society.
 Graduate Diploma (IT) or HDSE Diploma from Aptech.
 Certificate or Diploma from British Computer Society.
 Four or six semester Diploma from NIIT.

总结一下：
1、ACS不是什么证书都认的，我认为只有它列在上面的才承认。
2、看起来貌似微软和NOVELL的证书没有有效期一说，但是部分证书对于获得证书的时间有要求。
3、思科的证书是明确要求要在有效期内的。

这个列表之前倒是也看到过，但是如果我想证明我过去的项目管理经验只能靠推荐信不能用PMP证书（虽然过期了）？还有，如果我上传了一些东西并不在列表上（但是可能会有帮助），会有负面影响吗？

这个问题，我是这么看的：
1、先看ACS承认哪些证书，不承认哪些证书，如果对方已经告诉你了，这个证书我是不承认的，你河苦还要上传呢？
比如，CISCO的证书，ACS好像也就今年7，8月份才承认，之前，就算你有CCIE证书，在ACS面前，又能怎样？！
2、要看你想申请评估的职业描述里，有没有对于项目管理方面内容的涵盖，如果他们expect to see这方面技能，那你可以考虑在REFERENCE LETTER里面提到你有这方面的经验，如果在职业描述里也没有要求这方面的东西，那提交这方面的证书，我觉得就更加多余了。
3、提交了多余的，不被要求的东西，有好处还是坏处，很难讲，ACS里面，我好像没有看到相关consequence的精确描述，也许我没看仔细，没找对地方，强烈建议你自己再去找找。但我可以找2句话来给供你参考，这是从南澳州担保申请提交材料的要求里面节选来的：
Only attach documents that are requested. Non-essential documents may delay processing.
Note: only upload the documents requested. Additional documentation is not required and may be deleted.
所以，我觉得，就像昨天，坛子里的有位TX说得很对，我们都多虑了，而且会把自己的一些主观想法给加上去，比如，提交材料越多越好，不能加EOI的分，至少也能加点印象分……其实，老外的思维方式是很干脆，很简洁的，我需要什么，你就提交什么，这样就完了……
