配偶移民没有这样的要求。楼上给的连接是技术移民的配偶，境外申请的配偶移民看这里：http://www.immi.gov.au/migrants/family/partner-outside.htm未婚关系和同居伴侣都可以申请这一类型的签证(subclass不同)，是否已经结婚或结婚多久不重要，两个人可能已经交往10年了，今天才在国内登记结婚或准备到澳洲结婚，是不是？还是先认真读一下介绍材料PartnerMigrationBooklet

不用结婚6个月，结婚后立即就可以递交。如果是同居，则需要同居12个月。

多谢各位的热心解答。frozen_heart770给的资料好长啊，一下子不够时间认真看完。先偷懒问一句：配偶移民要提供财产担保吗？最低要多少澳元？这个担保是提供证明就行还是要真金白银地存进澳洲政府的指定账户？

不用财产担保，有工作就可以，年薪2万5左右就够了。如果对方在澳洲没有固定收入，移民局有可能要求做AOS，找个朋友去CENTRELINK，保证你2年内不问政府申请救济金。

我是PR，目前还在国内工作。现在为我的妻子申请配偶移民。这种情况提供国内的收入证明可以吗？还有，已经有了孩子，是不是就可以为我的妻子直接申请PR？如果可以，因为PR是由福利的，是不是我在澳洲暂时没收入也可以？
