Fully equipped kitchen including microwave, cooktop and oven, 2 washing machines and 2 clothes dryers and all amenities are included in the rent eg electricity, gas, water and unlimited internet. You would be sharing with a great group of people in their 20-30\'s. It is a sociable house or you can keep to yourself. Also included in the rent is a house cleaner that is engaged weekly and the gardens and property are maintained on a regular basis.
