Role:
The key role of a Beauty Specialist with us here at Orogold Cosmetics, is to provide a complimentary demonstration of our wonderful products, build rapport with our existing and potential clients and encourage customers to purchase different ranges of products that are best suited for their needs. Therefore, direct sales experience is essential.
Ideal Candidate:
Our ideal candidate will be a sales gun, hungry for success and motivated to make a HUGE SALARY. Due to client expansion, Orogold are on the hunt for an enthusiastic, friendly and highly presentable individual that is self-driven and persistent. You will be available for an immediate start and have a strong personality who is not shy from meeting new people.
Selection Criteria:
· Fluent in English and Chinese with the ability to translate for other staff and clients is A MUST
· Confident, determined and tenacious
· Preferably 2 years’ experience in a sales and retail environment
· Smart presentation
· Outgoing, energetic and persevering
· Excellent communication skills
· Proven ability as a team player
· Passion for the beauty industry
This is a very busy role which requires a bubbly personality and a "can do" attitude.
