Our main office is situated in the Melbourne CBD, with sub companies set up in China. We are looking for aproperty manager to join our team for full time work. Our agency focuses onoutstanding customer service and relationship and this is reflected in ourrepeat referral businesses. We are looking for candidate with the following criteria:
The Candidate - Speak Englishand Chinese(Mandarin/Cantonese) - Current Agent'sRepresentative Certificate - Australian Driver's License anda car - Good phone manner andpositive attitude - Attention todetail, responsible and diligent - Organizedwith exceptional time management skill - Compassionate - Able and enjoyworking independently - Attention to detail - Good attitudeand willingness to learn is a MUST - Preferably prior propertymanagement experience
The Role - Conducting entryand routine inspections - Attending openinspections - Manageenquiries, maintenance and correspondence - Liaise withlandlords and tenants
