Under Global Realty umbrella, GR Leasing provides premium services including property marketing, tenant selection and management, housing inspection and maintenance and more. The Role (Full-time basis)
This is a diverse and fast paced role with plenty of support, structure and systems to help scope your career to its full capacity. On a day to day basis, you will undertake property management tasks including but not limited to:
Develop new clients in selling and leasing their properties, establish and maintain client relationships with prospects and existing clients
Manage all property portfolios using cloud-based management tools
Conduct inspections
Complete all aspects of residential leasing including (but not limited to) organizing inspections, processing applications, lease document preparation
Housing repairs & maintenance management
Manage arrears
Manage general and ad hoc administration duties as requested by management and support the wider organisation
Requirements
The successful applicant must:
Proficient in both English and Mandarin Chinese
6 months to 1 year working experience in property leasing/sales
Valid Real Estate sales certificate/ or license
Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable car
Excellent communication skills
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Have a high level of attention to details
