We are a large furniture wholesale company located in Brisbane near the airport. As company is growing fast, we need a part-time internship Bookkeeper/Office Admin to join in us. After the completeness of the internship, you will have the opportunity to work as a permanent part-time or full-time bookkeeper as per your performance.
Required candidates:
Available on Monday, Tursday and Thursday every week. 24 hours per week.Speak English and Mandarin fluently.
Your tasks will include, but not limited to: Administering daily, weekly and monthly accounting requirements for debtors and creditors;Administering payroll;General Ledger maintenance;Monitoring and reconciling company bank accounts and cash-flow;End of Month reconciliations and journals;Monthly reporting for management, accountants and statutory reporting (eg BAS); andGenerating reporting including monthly and year ending balancing and reportingGeneral admin functionsMatching invoices to purchase orders and reconciling to their respective statementsData entry in excel sheetsAd hoc administration and other duties
