妈妈一人付费移民， 爸爸暂时不移的问题

我现在要帮妈妈先办理付费移民， 爸爸暂时不移。 一方面是钱的问题， 另一方面， 爸爸还在返聘工作。 想请问大侠们， 在填写申请表时我应该写什么理由说明只有妈妈在现阶段想移民， 而爸爸以后还有可能通过配偶关系移民。

我家老人是付费办一方的，只要有合理理由。我当时的理由是我奶奶年老需要照顾，只有我爸在身边，所以只能先办一个

条款不是写得很清楚了，除非有特殊迫不得已的理由。具体理由，只要能说服移民官，这就看你的本事了。

一方面心里特别讨厌那种自己根本不查证就在网上随便乱发消息误导别人的，又觉得多点这样的也好，大家都不办了也好，之前就是因为很多人都是这样办，所以两年后可以申请配偶改成了五年后才可以申请配偶，谁知道以后会不会真的就如那些误导别人的人所愿给取消了呢，103不也是说取消马上就停止了，连缓冲期都没有。

Including family in your application
You can include the following people in your visa application:

your partner (married or de facto)
your or your partner’s dependent children
other dependent relatives.
These family members must meet the requirements for including family members in your application. The application must include documentary evidence of their relationship to you.

Your family members must be able to show that they meet health and character requirements.

You should include your partner in your Contributory Parent visa application unless there are compelling reasons (other than financial reasons).  There might be limits on any subsequent Partner visa application if:

you were granted a permanent Contributory Parent visa on or after 1 July 2009
you were in a partner relationship on or before the Contributory Parent visa grant date
your partner did not apply for the Contributory Parent visa at the same time as you, or they withdrew that application (before it was finalised).
