消息来源于今天2013年6月20日早上，移民局DIAC回复了一位MARA代理有关“skilled employment"的问题：

DIAC have replied:

DIAC intend to amend the PAMS (internal DIAC policy) to give an assessing agency's policy primacy in determining skilled work experience. Unfortunately until there is no indication as to when the policy will be fully implemented.

翻译：DIAC移民局正有意于修改PAMS(DIAC内部评定规则，大致就是要以职业评估机构（例如：ACS/EA/VET)的评估结果作为主导，来判断和认定skilled employment工作经验。但是DIAC没有说或者暗示到底何时会修改评定规则，以及这些变化具体何时被应用实施。
