We are seeking a senior level account all-rounder AND a secretary  for the company which is located in Knoxfield,VIC

Duties include:

* Weekly accounts payable and receivable reconciliation.

* Generating invoices daily for the new sale.

* Data entry and reconciliation of both suppliers andclients invoices through MYOB.

* Chasing up the payment.

* Running the payroll fortnightly and keep the record forall staff's leaves etc.

* Assist with other office duties.

* Bookkeeping and GST preparation through Handi.

Required Skills:

* At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role andexperience in using MYOB and Handi, excel is preferred however training can beprovided for the right person.

* Very good communication skills and interpersonal skills,great phone manners and the confidence to speak with clients over the phone.

* Precise accuracy and attention to details.

* Be able to work unsupervised, also a good team player. Beable to commitment for a long term work.

* Experience in working in a telemarketing role or warehouserole is a bonus.
