Title: Print Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage specifications, quoting process and order entry.
  
• Work with Account managers to manage their print requirements for marketing campaigns.
  
• Assist Account managers/ clients in the development of custom printing projects: including size, material, and print recommendations and researching new idea element.
  
• Facilitate prototype and development of the custom print piece.
  
• Identify, develop and document cost-saving opportunities with respect to specification and design.
  
• Review and evaluate relationships with RRD preferred vendors.
  
• Manage vendor base for the best fit to customer’s product and geographical proximity need.
  
• Primary agent of problem resolution and Customer Service Enhancement.
  
• Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.

Job Knowledge & Skills

·         Bachelor degree in discipline with 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role in the fields of graphic design, digital, online, and print production have great attention to detail and would like to future-proof your career, then this is the role for you.

·         Able to apply strong functional computer knowledge in utilizing Microsoft Windows, MAC, or other technical tools in completing assignments.

·         Customer Service or Sales background is a strong plus.

Ideally, you are:

·         Customer focused with a can-do attitude.

·         Able to develop and maintain excellent client and supplier relationships.

·         Self-motivated, well presented, disciplined and methodical.

·         Knowledgeable about all creative, digital and print production methods and requirements, with an emphasis on Point of Sale material.

·         A persuasive communicator, both verbally and in writing.

·         Great at managing your time.

·         Able to work well in a team environment but also on your own portfolio of clients.
