Security Eyes Info Tech is currently recruiting a part time Office Admin to join in this reputable security company. As an office admin, you will need to undertake a range of functions to make sure the administration activities within the company to run smoothly. What you must have for this role? Experience as an Office Coordinator essential Excellent verbal and written communication High level experience with MS Excellent analytical, communication, presentation and organizational skills    On the full/part time basis of the Office Administrator, your responsibilities include but not limited to the following: Delegating work and workload planning; Maintaining a precise record of all sales and activity reports for both sales and installation teams; Supervising the work satisfaction of all staff; Following up on accounts payable and receivable; Direct sales in the office; High level of customer service and administrative support to the sales team; Data entry; Uploading & updating product information & pictures to the websites for marketing purpose; Creating new product brochures and fact sheets using MS and Photoshop; An understanding of client confidentiality; All general administrations including dealing with post and emails; writing reports; liaising with members of the senior management team; keeping personnel records; Organising the recruitment of new staff; chairing meetings; Send your CV to [email protected] and if however you want to know more about this unique admin role, you can call for a confidential chat on 02 87106591 or 0452441919.
