As a leading Eco-friendly food packaging brand and well-known name in food service industry, Pac Trading and Greenmark have an opportunity available for Junior Sales Assistant / Admin Support to take the next step in their career. We are helping a large number of cafe and food chain shops. The ideal candidate will be work in the Head Office in Sydney and have an opportunity to learn the latest knowledge of packaging design, printing and new packaging development, and etc.

The ideal candidate will have some experience in the sales, food service or hospitality industry and know what it takes to support sales managers to process and close the leads.

The role will include but not limit to:
- Get job enquire from general phone call and pass to right sales managers
- Serves visitors by greeting as request
- Monitor email and request from sales managers, and provide efficient response
- Support the sales team from quotation, sampling, payment process and delivery arrangement
- Support sales meeting and sample showroom
- Place orders and check inventory

We are looking for people who:
- Can speak fluent English and Chinese (essential)
- Love to work as a team
- Sound communication skills
- Display outstanding customer service and selling skills
- Demonstrate a passion for the product and help sales team convert to sales

Desirable skills but not essential:
- Familiar with design or printing industry
- Able to use basic Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop functions
