【主要职责】
- Working collaboratively with the operation management team, your responsibilities will include:
1. Day to day communication with contractor drivers where necessary via phone & chat;
2. Handle and resolve contractor drivers’ complaints;
3. Facilitate inter-departmental communication;
4. Information Collection & Examination;
5. Additional duties as assigned.
1. 通过电话,聊天方式与送餐员进行沟通,答疑并解决其问题
2. 及时并高效地处理送餐员投诉
3. 协助公司内部沟通
4. 负责各类资料收集&检查
5. 完成上级交代的其他任务
【所需技能】
1. Ability to communicate/listen effectively; 2. CSR(Customer Service & Relationship) experience - in BPO, Consulting,Transport or Internet;
3. Strong execution;
4. Self-learning ability;
5. Good command of MS Office. 6. Strong oral and written skills in both Mandarin and English
