Job Summary
EG home loan is looking for one experienced home loan manager to join our mortgage brokerage firm. The position comes with a strong base salary of 60,000 to 75,000 (depending on experience and qualification). It is requirement that the successful candidate must be able have excellent communications in Chinese, English, and it would be advantage if he/she can also speak Cantonese, and Malaysian.


EG home loan is part of EndureGo group which has two accounting firms in Adelaide and Sydney. We will also provide flexible working hours, and performance bonus at the end of the year.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate should have 2 -3 years experiences as a mortgage broker, and should have attained the diploma in financial services mortgage management. It is necessary that they have bank accreditation with all of the major banks, and some minor banks, have attained full membership of MFAA and FBAA. It is essential they have a track history of writting up to $2million dollar loan per month.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skill set both oral and written, he/she must have prior broker experience in interviewing the client, doing the fact find, working with the client to identify the home loan products, explaining the features of different home loan products to the client, preparing and submitting the home loan deals to the bank, follow the deal through to settlement, and the right candidate must have experience in dealing with third parties to facilitate the settlement.

We need someone who is ambitious, and willing to grow with us, it is essential that the succesful candidate must be able to demonstrate prior experience of working for one company for a long duration as we only want to talk to someone who is committed, loyal and have passion for the work.

It is preferred the right candidate should be able to communicate in Chinese Mandarin or Cantonese, as our firm do have a strong presence in the Chinese Community in both Sydney and Adelaide.

Job Type and Category
This is a full time permanent role, the base salary is $60,000 to $75,000 (depending on experience and qualifications). The position also comes with annual leaves and sick leaves.
