Wecurrently have a part time receptionist position/marketing assistant positionavailable. Roughly25-32 hours per week depending on suitability. Training is provided for theright candidate.
Duties include: - Front office reception (answering phone & email). - Dealing with clients face to face. - Checking rooms after housekeeping. - Updating website content. - Working on promotions, social media,advertising. - Preparing corporate letters. - Any other office duties required forfront office.
Ideal candidate: - Must be fluent in English (speakingand writing). - Must have strong customer service skills andwillingness to engage with the customer. - Able to work independently and meet deadlines. - Always striving to improve and have a can doattitude. - Experience in marketing and hotel management is aplus!
