Position: Lending Manager (Full time)
JobDescription: 1. Ability to motivate a team towardsexceptional performance, providethe necessary support for your team members. 2. Work with various lenders to find the bestdeal for a homebuyer. Be familiar with major bank’s policy and products. 3. Evaluate client’s all documents includingincome, asset and liability, credit history, and bank statements for financialstatus. 4. Work to ensure compliance with banking andfinance laws in the jurisdiction of the client. 5. Explain the legal aspects of the loan to theclient as well as the payment terms and clauses to them. And educate them ondefault consequences. 6. Maintain client database. 7. Act as an intermediary between a lender and aclient who needs a mortgage loan. 8. Follow through with lender and client fromapplication to settlement period. 9. Ensure the attendance for company weeklymeeting and banks training. 10. Coordinate the loan closings, ensuring thedocuments are properly prepared and executed. 11. Meet and exceed sales targets via leads,existing networks and new introducer channels. 12. Responsible for exploring and pursuing newmarkets for loan products.
Requirements: 1. Minimum 2-year mortgage brokingand managing experience, Exceptional organizational skills and a managingability. 2. Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking. 3. Excellent communication skill in both Englishand MANDARIN. 4. High level problem solving and dispute resolutionability. 5. Vibrant personality, energetic,self-motivation, driven, and passionate. 6. Excellent phone manner and highly developedcustomer service skills. 7. Ability to work with team and individualKPI’s. And adaptability and common sense 8. Take pride in their work and has excellentattention to details. 9. Ability to work under pressure and adapt toongoing changes in the workplace.
We willprovide ongoing job training for candidates who are qualified for thisposition.
