递交143后，在签证被批下来前，父母不能来澳？
是这样吗？这怎么都是一，两，三年的事啊，这期间怎么来，还是不能来？
All other applicants for a Contributory Parent visa may lodge their application while they are either outside of Australia or in Australia, however they must be outside of Australia for visa grant. They are not eligible to obtain a bridging visa to remain lawfully in Australia while their Contributory Parent visa is being processed.
