Settled时间要求累计两年，请问以前旅游签证到澳洲的时间可以算吗？

个人觉得是算的，因为lawfully居住，你的visitor签证是合法的啊

可能不算，因为以前的旅游签证最长呆3个月，40表格关于Settled的解释：However, when assessing whether or not a person is settled,regard is given to the facts of each case. For example, a shorter period of lawful residence (at least 3 months)may be
considered for Australian citizens for sponsorship purposes，是否不超过3个月不算。
