2月9日寄出的804 申请，今天收到邮件说BVA 拿到了！

但是上面的一句话很让人困惑...


About your bridging visa

This bridging visa is not in effect because your Visitor visa is currently in effect. If your Visitor visa is cancelled, you should contact the department immediately. Your Bridging visa may not come into effect and will not allow you to remain lawfully in Australia.


我的理解是， 等公公婆婆现在的签证expire了，就会自动转成BVA。 问题是，他们现在拿的是1年多次往返，每次不超过3个月。 那么现在这1年内600 visa 还没有expire的情况下，他们还需要3个月出境一次吗？


有过相似经历的请帮忙回答一下吧， 分分伺候

我没有相似的经历，但是仔细看了移民局的解释：
If you still hold a current substantive visa when your BVA is granted, you must continue to comply with any conditions that are on that substantive visa. When your substantive visa ends, the conditions of your BVA will apply.

所以应该是需要3个月出境一次的（遵照600签证的条款），一直到600签证终止为止

不是的,入境三个月以后,bva就生效了,无需再出境了。三个月后,用你的bva grant number 去下面网站查,你就可以发现你的bva是in effect 了。http://www.immi.gov.au/vevo

你好， 刚刚用你给链接查了一下， visa expiry date 真的是上次入境后后3个月 （4月25日 in our case), 那就意味着 4月25 后BVA 就生效了

不客气,我们家老人和你基本一个情况,不过我们申请的是838,现在bva已经生效了,就是入境三个月以后。
