PPL的规矩改了吗？

今天网上申请PPL，发现关于work test一项和以前知道的不一样了，居然要求工作500小时：

Have you worked for at least 8 hours every week since 19 March 2014?  
Yes  No
Has there been more than an 8 week gap between two consecutive working days since 19 March 2014?  
Paid leave periods, such as paid recreational and sick leave should not be included when calculating an eight week gap.
Yes  No
Have you worked for at least 500 hours within a 10 month period since 19 March 2014?  
Yes  No

可是我去查PPL的细节，还是300小时呀。。。。傻眼了。。。。。
