Customer Service Officer Required.

Powerark Solar is one of the largest solar system equipment distributor in Australia. Due to the expansion of business we are looking for a dedicated member to join our energised and friendly team in Acacia Ridge in south Brisbane. Successful candidate must be able to perform skills required and duties below:

Duties and Responsibilities including but not limited:
·         Supporting in field sales & after sales team
·         Processing sales order
·         Customer service
·         Responding to phone calls and emails
·         Data entry and record keeping
·         General administration duties


Skills and Experience:
·         Keen, energetic and highly motivated
·         Strong attention to details and strong commitment to a high level of customer service
·         Basic computer and office skills
·         Reliable, honest and well-presented
·         Permanent resident with own transport preferred
·         Chinese speaking preferred.
