We are asupplier of pool chemicals in Australia for the last 30 years, we represent the largest brand in the swimming pool industry and are looking to grow our friendly team.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an Office/Technical Assistant to join our company in Salisbury, QLD with the potential to earn up to $50,000 per annum (negotiable salary up to $45,000 + superannuation). The primary purpose of this position is to assist the customer service manager in the day to day hands on running of the organisation. Work includes getting your 'hands dirty' with warehousing and products, and general ad hoc administration when required. Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager some of your responsibilities include:
Participating in hands on tasks (so a moderate level of fitness is required)Assisting with product investigationCompleting general administrative tasksProcessing warranty claims and tracking ordersMaintaining databases and spreadsheetsTo be successful in this role you will have minimum 12+ months experience within a similar role. Candidates should also possess a moderate level of IT literacy and a strong proficiency within the Microsoft Suite . Additionally, experience or knowledge of the swimming pool industry and a moderate degree of fitness would be highly regarded for this position.
