志玲姐姐和台北市长蒋万安出席少儿心理健康公益活动，49岁的志玲姐姐仍旧甜似美少女。




一点都没有夸张，已经年近50岁的志玲姐姐，近期状态真的好到爆。




现场的她与记者和网友分享关于育儿教小孩子的心得，甜甜的志玲姐姐说话非常温柔，感觉她做妈妈之后整个人变得更加甜美了。




林志玲发文：我想你和我一样的感触，孩子下坠，行为偏差的时候，没有人能够开导指引他？孩子心灵受伤时，没有人能给他一个温柔的拥抱。

从青少年开始，让孩子们培养内心的韧度，正向的心态。




现场的林志玲与市长一起畅聊关于青少年教育的课程，现场的她暖意满满，多次聊到自己在带孩子过程中遇到的问题，还有就是自己如何解决问题的过程。




手拿心型的志玲姐姐，她透露孩子的情绪如果来了的时候，作为家长的大家要试着对孩子提出三连问。

1：我应不应该发这个脾气

2：我要发脾气的这个对象，他是对的吗？如果是无辜的，怎么办？

3：发脾气的时候，是否像拿着一把刀，它是伤人的。




整个关爱活动期间，林志玲都是温柔跟大家讲关于家长与孩子沟通的小技巧。

满满的爱意，她强调我们与孩子沟通的时候，一定要是以温和的言语进行表达，不要在言语上留下伤害与遗憾。




另外志玲姐姐强调，每一个孩子就像一片新大陆，孩子的成长非常快，所以他们每个时期都是不一样的，做家长的大家一定要珍惜孩子的每一个阶段，不要跟着孩子的情绪走，要给孩子正向的引导。




在说到自己带娃是否很辛苦的时候，志玲姐姐强调每个妈妈都会觉得很辛苦，但可是我有好好珍惜我与小宝贝的每一天。




林志玲：当我们感觉到自己累的时候，其实自己以后会有一个很美好的回忆。在与孩子相处的过程，也是自己快乐成长的一个完美蜕变。
