17 岁的热心小伙孟欣轩骑车路过事发地，瞅见一位老人躺在路边，头上有血迹。他心有不忍，就停下车，走过去扶起老人。




走近了闻到很大的酒味，小伙意识到老人可能是喝醉了酒才倒在路上的，就用老人手机联系了老人的家人。结果被恢复体力的老人误以为是撞人者，被老人连续推搡，还挨了几巴掌。




老人家属来了后，更寒心了，孟欣轩跟他们解释情况，但老人家属要求小伙陪同老人就医，并赔偿医药费。

双方僵持不下，小伙孟欣轩立马报警。

民警通过走访并调取附近监控，这才搞清楚事情经过，给孟欣轩证明了清白。




老人家属看了监控，很不好意思的连连道歉，对孟欣轩的举动表示感谢。

虽说之前备受指责和委屈，可孟欣轩跟民警说，不后悔上前帮人。表示“下次遇到同样情况，我还是会向他人伸出援助之手！”
