答案似乎显而易见，近些年相信不少关注内娱的网友都对“影视寒冬”四个字深有体会，还有不止一位业内出面爆料，毫不遮掩提到如今圈内窘境，好剧本少好制作少好剧自然也少，但是令人没想到的是，“影视寒冬”还能从开庭公告上反映出来——江苏台遭到起诉，意外牵扯女星杨紫，连带着让这位90后小花扛剧能力遭到质疑。




不过这里还是要强调一下，开庭公告上并没有杨紫的名字，也没有提到杨紫主演的剧集，目前相关信息都来自大V爆料以及网友科普，大家记得理性吃瓜哦。







所以为什么一个起诉江苏卫视的开庭公告会牵扯到杨紫呢？主要是因为原告正是杨紫主演剧集《女心理师》和《要久久爱》的出品方，并且《女心理师》和《要久久爱》都在江苏卫视播出过。




开庭公告显示，杨紫两部主演剧集的出品方以“侵害作品信息网络传播权”为由起诉了江苏卫视，但是因为原告起诉书没有公开，外界也是很难推断出双方到底为何闹上了法庭。




不过没有什么事能难住吃瓜网友，很快有人扒出来圈内套路，发现通过侵害作品信息网络传播权起诉电视台属于一种诉讼策略，本质就是为了要钱。




简单说，就是电视台在播出电视剧的时候是没有支付所有款项的，基本上都留有尾款，算是娱乐圈潜规则，如果剧集播出效果不好，导致电视台赔太多钱，极有可能就不支付尾款了，但是剧方为了要回尾款，就会用电视台侵权的理由起诉要求赔偿……




与此同时，也有人站出来爆料，表示整场纠纷就是因为杨紫主演的两部剧收视太差了，在江苏台播出期间一部收视跌破底线、一部天天飞榜，杨紫瞬间就尴尬了，爆料评论区前排不少留言都是针对她的嘲讽，吐槽她的扛剧能力。







抛开是否真实存在尾款争议不提，稍作了解之后会发现，杨紫在江苏卫视播出的两部剧集收视确实很一般。




——2023年，杨紫搭档男星井柏然主演的剧集《女心理师》在江苏卫视播出，平均收视仅0.166，位列江苏台全年收视倒数第一。




——2024年，杨紫搭档男星范丞丞主演的剧集《要久久爱》在江苏卫视播出，平均收视仅0.217，一样是排在江苏台全年收视倒数。




当然，也有网友指出，起诉江苏台的剧方不止一家，就算真的是因为拖欠了尾款，也很难说与收视有关，杨紫被牵连纯属无妄之灾。







确实，在起诉书没有曝光的情况下，直接让杨紫背锅有些不公平，有位杨紫的粉丝指出重点，如果非要说杨紫做错了什么，那也是她选错了合作对象，在第一次合作效果不佳的情况下，还要坚持合作第二次。




除了收视之外，《女心理师》和《要久久爱》的口碑也很一般，《女心理师》剧集评分更是只有5.2分，这时候再联想到有关影视寒冬的业内爆料，原来一切都是恶性循环。




——影视圈拿不出好本子、好制作，明星拍不出好戏消耗口碑，影视剧回报率越来越差，投资越来越少，制作越来越敷衍，倒不是想为杨紫以及其他明星开脱说话，但是必须承认，这场闹上法庭风波的根源在于整个产业链，就别互相推锅啦。
