Part time Mid-Weight Digital / GraphicDesigner One ofAustralia's leading suppliers of construction and building materials is seekingan experienced Mid-Weight Digital Graphic Designertojoin their growing Marketing Department on a part time (2-3 days a week) basis. Responsibilities for this roleincludes;
- Working with print, digital, photography, video and packaging mediums to promote Hume and its products.
- Maintain the Company's website (maximising their optimisation) and social media outlets.
- Organise newpromotional materials and creating artwork for package designs.
- Create websitesupport elements - banners, feature panels, advertisements, etc.
- Catalogue andbrochure designs.
Desired Qualifications andExperience;
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in design - Graphic & Digital;
- Must be highly competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, HTML, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver and other design software.
- Familiar with CMS (Content Management System) such as WordPress.
- Excellent timem anagement and project scoping experience.
- A super creative mind and the ability to communicate visual ideas.
- Work well under pressure with ability to multi-task.
- High level ofaccuracy and superior attention to detail.
- Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to effectivelycommunicate in Chinese would be highly regarded.
- A self-starter, innovative and proactive in your approach.
This is a part time position reportingto the MarketingSpecialist. The job involves 2 or 3 days perweek with negotiable days Monday to Friday at our South Granville head office.Immediate start is available to the successful candidate.
