刚刚看到移民局网站上说6月2号以后的lodge的143要用47PT表格！请问大家都递的什么表格啊？我今天刚递交的47PA啊！

This information explains what you need to do to apply for a Contributory Parent visa (subclass 143).

Prepare your documents

You need to provide documents to prove the claims you make in the application. The documents are listed in the Document checklist.

Some documents could take some time to obtain. You should have them ready when you lodge the application to reduce any delays in processing.

Lodge your application

You must complete an application form:

Form 47PA Application for a parent to migrate to Australia (525 kB PDF)
Applicants who hold or have held a Contributory Parent (Temporary) visa (subclass 173) must complete:

Form 47PT Application for migration to Australia by a Contributory Parent (Temporary) or Contributory Aged Parent (Temporary) visa holder (390 kB PDF)
Your sponsor must also complete:

Form 40 Sponsorship for migration to Australia (251 kB PDF)
For each dependent relative aged 18 years or older, (whether they are migrating or not) you must also complete:

Form 47A Details of child or other dependent family member aged 18 years or over (238 kB PDF)
The forms must be completed in English. You must provide all relevant documents and pay the visa application charge when you apply.

Lodge your application by post or courier to the Perth office - attention the Parent Visa Centre.

You can pay by credit card, bank cheque or money order made payable to the Department of Immigration and Border Protection.

Have you already applied for another type of Parent visa?

If you have an unfinalised application for any other type of Parent visa – for example, a Parent visa (subclass 103) – and want to switch to this visa, you must withdraw the other visa application at the same time or before you apply for the Contributory Parent visa (subclass 143). Further information is available on the application forms:

This is the approved form for temporary Contributory Parent or
temporary Contributory Aged Parent visa holders to use if they
are applying to migrate to, or remain permanently in Australia.

信息刚出来我想很多人都很confuse，我只是在这里寻求一样的人来信息共享，不感兴趣完全可以不看。
移民局忙是应该的，所有申请visa的人都是移民局的clients。

你看错了，从173转143的才是47PT表
