今天收到移民局邮件说无法扣款，，，

5月30号递交的，本来已经完全不抱希望了，今天中午突然收到邮件说：However when we try and take payment out of the credit card details provided we are not having any success. It is being declined.

Until we are able to take payment for this application we are unable to progress the application any further.

If you could assist with this enquiry and let us know what is happening it would be appreciated

想问，用信用卡缴款必须是里面有足够的余额是么?
我回信说可能是余额不足，已经存钱了，可以扣了。
但是很担心啊，因为递交的很急，当时什么资料证件都没有，打印出来申请表填了填就交上了。
这样子即使扣了，也是通不过的吧？他之后还会允许我补充所有的资料么？
