5月31express寄出，六月三号早上六点左右送达。眼看着比我晚寄的同学都扣钱了，一直挺急的，今天终于扣款了。所以和我差不多时间寄的还没扣款的同学别着急，应该就快了

If you pay for your visa application, sponsorship, nomination or visa evidencing charge by credit card, a surcharge will apply. The current surcharge rates are:

•Visa and MasterCard* - 1.08%
•American Express and JCB - 1.99%
•Diners Club International - 2.91%
