如果我担保我老婆配偶签证的话，请问这个888 statutory declaration可以我母亲填么？实在是没有朋友可以帮忙填了，网上是这样说的，statutory declarations from your partner’s parents, family members, relatives and other friends about their assessment of the nature of your relationship。网上只说我配偶的父母了。
