父母健康有问题还能申请付费移民吗

谢谢！！弱弱的问一下AOS是什么，这个1万交了如果签证不过能退吗，因为你说12个月以后交而我其他地方看到说要18个月左右审理时间，所以这1万是不是在下签前交的，如果交了签证不过怎么办

Assurance of support. Yes, you need to deposit $10000 into CBA before your application can be approved. It is 12 month on the letter from Immigration. But you can do it according to current timeframe. If the application is rejected, bring that rejection email from Immigration and go to CBA. Ask them to terminate the deposit.
