My friend would like to immigrate to Australia. But he was told by the agent in China that he is only eligible to stay for 4 years under 188A移民. He would like to go to Canberra and let his daughter to go to high school there. But he heard that under 188A, his daughter can not get the benefit to go to local high school as local students.
Is it true? Apparently only Canberra does so according to him.
Anyone knows anything about this? He would like to confirm this news are true.
