My wife and I went to the class two weeks ago. We are the only Chinese couple. One day course is very intense but not too much useful IMO in term of $400 fee.
If you don't care $$$, it is ok to go. If you already knew the hospital facility and knew when go to the delivery suite, it is no need to go at all.
There are useful free courses after you delivery the baby.

sending form with credit card information count as confirmation. There is no more e-mail or mails from hospital.
They will charge the fee after you enter the class.
