你跟你老板确认了你们公司是有maternity leave的吗？有些公司是不提供maternity leave的哦。 cantrelink提供的那是parental leave，full time有打税的工作满十个月以上就可以申请

要是单位也有三个月的福利，就请至少7个半月的产假，先领单位的，领完了再领政府的，PPL可以在宝宝出生后一年内领取，可以指定领取时间，前提是不能回去工作

你要保证你在修产假之前的一年中工作满10个月才能申请政府俄18周的带薪产假。所以你要保证老板把公司买了以后，你还在工作，一直到快生了。这样就可以。这个是政府的补助和公司没有过关系。貌似如果不复合working test可以拿一笔baby bonus. 反正就是18周的带薪产假和baby bonus二选一

如果公司有三个月的福利，应该是可以跟PPL一起领的吧，官网上有写：

Your leave entitlements and Parental Leave Pay
The scheme provides you with Parental Leave Pay but does not give you an entitlement to leave. It is important to organise your leave from work with your employer. You should try to do this at least 10 weeks before you intend to take leave.

If you are eligible, you can access up to 18 weeks of government funded Parental Leave Pay as well as any of your existing employer provided paid or unpaid leave.

You can take your payment before, during or after any paid or unpaid maternity or parental leave or other employer funded leave entitlements such as annual leave or long service leave.

If your employer currently provides paid maternity or parental leave through an industrial agreement or law, they cannot withdraw your entitlement to that leave for the life of the agreement or law. The scheme does not change any existing employer provided leave entitlements.

政府不会把钱直接打到个人账户的，都是打给公司然后给公司给员工的。

我还特意问了，centrelink也说都可以。

可我也觉得是不是通过公司给，也很迷惑。因为我们payroll说，就把公司账号给centrelink 就可以了

你怎么知道必须通过公司gei呢？有没有一个链接还是问的centre link staff?

这个我最近在申请。
1. 可以按预产期的日子提前3个月在CENTRELINK网上申请。申请之后CENTRELINK会评估，如果你符合条件，他们会直接联系你公司，提供银行账号，每个月按时将钱打进公司账户。
2. 孩子出生前的13个月里工作满10个月。按你说的，你工作了一年，那么你最早可以在你怀孕7个月的时候请产假，就能领到PPL. 如果你公司变卖，你失业了，那么如果没有连续的10个月，估计拿不了钱。
3. 如果你有工作单位,CENTRELINK是把钱打到你工作单位，你工作单位再转账给你。除非你是自雇人员，或者其他原因。
4. 有的公司提供带薪产假，有的没有。如果提供的话，和CENTRELINK给你的18周钱不冲突，所有可以领两份钱。
5. 最早的发钱日子是从你小孩出生那天开始。如果你小孩出生，你18周不到就回去上班了，CENTRELINK就会把钱给停了。
