关于产假单位的policy是unpaid leave,唯一一个paid的是政府的那18周。没经验想请教各位MM,下面是centrelink给出的条件,和单位的policy一样: To meet the work test for Parental Leave Pay you must have worked for at least:
----10 of the 13 months before the birth or adoption of your child, and -----330 hours in that 10 month period, which is just over 1 day a week, with no more than an 8 week gap between 2 consecutive working days -----There are some exceptions to the work test if pregnancy complications or a premature birth have prevented you from meeting it. You will need to show that you would have met the work test if you did not have pregnancy complications or if the child had not been born prematurely.
第二条明白,两个连续的工作日之前不得有超过8周的gap。 第一条是说必须在单位工作连续超过13个月,然后其中10个月???完全没经验,不会解读,请有经验的MM帮忙。。谢谢。
