真的感兴趣的话，发个邮件给移民局问问，最有说服力。我的论点475可以挪窝不影响申请887，有移民局的回信做依据。

475不行，我是看了那个政策，觉得不行。

176行，是因为我问移民局的时候，移民局告诉我这不关他们的事情，又不是他们担保的。

如果有什么理解不对的地方，请告知。提醒下后来人

BTW：个人希望大家都能不受地域的限制，找到合适的工作

朋友，这种问题一定要有证据，否则会影响大批论坛朋友今后的发展。因为我是475，所以比较关注475，移民局回信里面这段话
While the Skilled - Regional Sponsored visa does not prevent you moving to another regional area to live and work, generally, you would be expected to work and reside in a regional or low population growth metropolitan area within your sponsoring state or territory. You are encouraged to notify both the government agency that sponsored you originally, and the new state and territory government of your plans prior to your move.
你的理解是不能挪窝？
至于176能不能挪窝，希望有176的朋友写信问问移民局给大家一个解释。

进来打酱油的。但看到LS 曾经提到的一条：
Applicants for subclass 475 and 487 visas who applied between 1 July 2010 and 1 January 2011, and whose visa was granted in this same period, are not subject to conditions 8539 or 8549

根据LS的签名，貌似 LS 还没有申请 475 吧，至今仍没有visa grant 吧？。。也就是说，8539 or 8549 将适用于你哦

8539 or 8549 是适用于我，意思应该就是requires you to live and work or study in a Specified Regional area 。移民局回信还有一段话A Specified Regional area is a:
*designated area if you were sponsored by a relative or *regional or low growth metropolitan area if you were sponsored by a state/territory.亲属担保的是designated area ，州担保的是a.....，紧接着就是这段并没有指明只适用于2010.7.1-2011.1.1的话，While the Skilled - Regional Sponsored visa does not prevent you moving to another regional area to live and work, generally, you would be expected to work and reside in a regional or low population growth metropolitan area within your sponsoring state or territory. 关于2010.12.17发表的那段话我已写信问移民局了，等收到回信再和大家分享。

个人觉得还是遵守担保时的承诺比较好

我认为最好遵守承诺。挪窝只会让规则越来越严，后人更难申请。什么事情导致你申请了那个地区的担保，却又不履行你的承诺呢？如果是担心找不到工作，干脆放弃好了，不然到哪里都一样

您的想法我不敢苟同。
在我的帖子里面，我从来没有鼓动大家去挪窝，相反，我和很多475的朋友一样都是首选在担保地区生活和工作。我之所以写信给移民局、发这个帖子，是因为我们有权利也有必要搞明白挪窝的问题，多一条路多一个选择总是好的，您说是不是？我也希望我们论坛里、QQ群里所有475的朋友都能清楚的明白自己的权利和义务。
移民的路很艰辛也很难预料，也许我们在担保地区工作了一段时间后又在其他的地区找到了更诱人的工作，那请问您，如果您有了这样的机会您会不会去争取呢？
至于您说的规则更严、更难申请，就更和我们八竿子打不着了，就算我们论坛里的所有的475朋友都挪窝，能对移民政策产生影响？您太高估我们的影响力了。
再次声明一下，我发这个帖子的目的是希望给大家提供有用的信息。有移民局的回信我就会贴在这里，怎么去理解，那是个人的事了。
