Given that planning levels exists for every occupation, once the planning level has been reached for an occupation, no more applications will be processed even if they have already been submitted online and documents received. Applicants are encouraged to apply for sponsorship as soon as they are ready and send all their documents as soon as possible. Delay in submitting a complete application may result in non-acceptance of your application due to the achievement of the planning level.

There is nothing preventing applicants from lodging two separate State Sponsorship applications, provided they have two separate positive skills assessments to support it. There would need to be two separate online applications completed and two complete separate sets of supporting documentation provided. However Immigration SA would only approve the first application that was assessed, should the application meet all of the requirements.
