急急！sa 担保里面dependant需要写配偶么？

可能问的比较弱，但是看望eoi里面的family members 和sa 的这个dependant之后，我就晕了，

有宝宝和老公，请问这个地方需要两个人都写上还是就写宝宝呢？按字面上意思，按理说老公应该不需要我抚养啊。。。。

如果就写宝宝，似乎没有地方体现出想要带老公一起？？？

三口之家，到底填yes，2，no 呢，还是yes，1，yes 呢还是应该其他呢？
