下面是我给SA的邮件，我感觉系统有问题，不知道大家是否遇到了类似问题

Dear Sir or Madam,

My Name is AAA from Shanghai, China.

Just now, I submitted my application online with Reference Number 222XXX. However, when I used tracking system to track it, it failed. Then I check the saved copy, finding out the information of Main Applicant (section A) was empty and there is an extra dependant applicants info.

I thought I might make some mistakes, so started a new one with Reference Number 222YYY. However, the same issue happened, and before submitting it, I tried several times to complete Section A, but it did NOT work. So I had to submit 222YYY. Again, I can NOT track it with the reference number and my last name.

So, I assume there is someting wrong with the online application system. Please advise what I should do next.
