英语要求没有下降，因为体现在SMP LIST里面了，SMP要求全面提高，而且可以获得优先处理，普通英语水平的就在175 PIPE里面慢慢排队

大家还可以把文件下载下来。。然后看看文件的属性，你们会发现最后打印时间就是 2008年。
