Some people think that young people (children and teenagers) can learn a foreign language more easily. Others believe that adults are better at learning a foreign language. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

It is well known that people at different ages have different abilities to learn a new language. From my personal experience, I am convinced that young, especially those who are under age of 15 have more advantages in learning a new language than adults.
Firstly, we are born with abilities to learn anything, this instinct is a nature of human being, and it is undoubting that young can accept new things faster. Static shows that children can learn one word per minute at the highest speed of all their lifetime. Another reason is, children are almost free from any burden, which leaves them all day along to do anything they want. Mind of children are almost empty, they are so eager to get information, knowledge and skills from the world around. They even can not sense the difference of a second language and their mother language, but they really get all the convenient to learn it in a quick and easy way.
On the contrary, adults master at least one language, and they always tend to use the experience of their mother language to explain things they meet in new language. If fact, this process is almost meaningless, but they can stop doing this since they are so used to understand things in a logical way. As their memory abilities decline down after age of 25, it becomes even harder. However, adults can control themselves very well comparing with kids, thus, they can concentrate attention when learning, make good learning plans, and understand and act as language learning guides required, which makes it possible for them to learn a new language.
Overall, the best time for us to learn a second language is when we are young. It is always not too late to do so, but the older we start, the more we have to pay on it.

Listening to the radio is more enjoyable and practical than watching television. Do you agree or disagree with this statement?
With the development of technologies, we have various ways to receive information and to relax ourselves. Among these methods, radios and televisions are the most important and widely accepted ones. And, comparing with televisions, I prefer radios more since I can listen to it almost any time I want to.
Listening to the radio can relax me better. I used to listening radios while I am taking a bus or driving. I can listen to it while doing others things like reading a newspaper or a book. In fact, I always turn to my favorite radios when driving along; this makes me comfortable and contributes much of my relaxation in day time. In contrast, watching televisions makes me tired quickly, since the screen always catches my attention. This is true for many people as visual screens carry much more information than a stereo audio stream.
Besides, radios provide all my interesting things, such as news and music. There are a number of local radio stations in my city; they bring up all stories that television channels could cover everyday, which is quite enough for me. And, maybe it is because of copyright reasons, I can listen more music on radio than through televisions. Therefore, radio has always been the first media where I listen to new songs in recent years. More importantly, I can listen to radio to get to know the current traffic situation when driving, I can not image there is another method can do this better than a radio.
Overall, radio is relatively much more entertaining and accessible for me, and it is an excellent helper for driving; while televisions could present me abundant visual information, which serves me as a supplement to radios.

What are the advantages and disadvantages of living in a house and living in an apartment? Which do you prefer?

There are two major kinds of accommodation in cities, houses and apartments. Most of people in my country and I myself prefer to live in an apartment rather than a house.
Firstly, a house is much more expensive than a apartment. Even people can afford a house do not always select it, since they prefer to spend money on other aspects of their lives, such as buying a better car, or traveling more frequently. Spending a great deal of extra money on an expensive house while an apartment provides all the major functions it has; it is really not a smart choice for these people. Further more, people selects apartments always benefit from its locations. Our government regulates that all apartments are built as close as possible to metro or bus stations, this make people live in apartments very convenient to take a public transport. All public area of apartments are managed by estate companies, thus people select a apartment as it does not need extra effort to manage a yard or a garage.
On the other hand, houses are the favorite of many others who want a yard where they can plant their own trees and flowers freely. Big families might find difficult to get apartments that allow them to live together as most of apartments of my country are designed for two adults and a child. Old citizens have less movement in their lives, while they tend to find a silent place to stay, therefore houses built far away from main roads are their best choices.
As young man working eight hours each working day, I prefer and live in an apartment. I am very satisfied with it as I am taking its advantages such as an affordable price, convenient transportations and easy to manage.

Many people think that zoos which kept wild animals in a man-made environment should no longer exist in the 21st century. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?
ANSWER
For people live in cities, zooms are the most accessible places where they could get to know wild animals, and I am convinced that zooms should be kept as it is in this century supporting with strong reasons.
During the course of human development, we have driven wild animals to live in tiny areas intentionally or unintentionally, and wild animals are on the call of protection as their numbers and kinds have been declined dramatically during the process of global industrialization. While, knowing animals is a crucial node in cultivating the awareness of animal protection. But it is quite inapplicable for most of us to see and get to know vivid wild animal in a pure natural environment, in fact only wild animal researchers and very few of population have chances doing so. Therefore, we have to keep zooms as accessible places where majority of population could know wild animals and start their actions on protecting them.
In the mean while, keeping wild animals in zooms are not totally humane and unacceptable in many cases. Animals like human beings should be treated equally in terms of having a freedom of living. When hearing news that wild animals lead miserable lives in zooms managed badly, people feel uncomfortable, and the voices requesting wild animals to be freed are certainly got acknowledged.
Overall, wild animals deserve healthy and freedom lives. But, for the sake of all wild animals, the best choice for us is keeping zooms. The government should invest more on public zooms to improve its management level of operation, thus to attain our target of wild animal protection, protection of each animal wherever they are.
