If you are NOT gonna apply 487 (Skilled – Regional Sponsored (Provisional) visa) or 887 (Skilled – Regional (Residence) visa), it doesn't matter where you apply PR, in QLD or in NSW.

Definiton of regional areas related to QLD and NSW:
All areas in QLD except Brisbane and Gold Coast
All areas in NSW except Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong and Central Coast

If you choose the Graduate Diploma of Education, you need to get four 7s in IELTS test.

Within the 2 years, I think you don't need to do anything more except study. And you don't need to sit an IELTS test too early due to its 2 years validity.

我的几个问题
1.07年通过的ICAA评估现在是不是还有效？（你说是有效的）
2.若有效，作为外资银行财务部门的工作经历是否能够作为相关工作经历
3.现在会计移民还能申请吗？我26岁，07年开始工作的，够分申请吗？哪个类别的？
4.如果以上情况都没问题的话，我除了雅思要考4个6以外，还有什么是必须先通过/准备的吗？
5.按照我的情况，如果递交申请，整个审批过程估计要多久？
