Dear Sir / Madam,
Thanks for your time to reading this mail.
I am Allen from China who preparing immigrate to Adelaide, Australia. I am writing this mail to suggest the company may consider to hire provisional visa holders.
It is commonly believed that stability of applicants is very important, I understand the reason why company only want to hire permanent residency, perhaps have other concerns, like: insurance and social welfare. But I would like to stress is that it is not a problem / issue for the provisional visa holders. I would like to attach the letter from Immigration SA for Employer and it can tweak the worries. On the other hand, it can be benefited foe company because this kind of visa holders are agreed to work in SA at least 2 years.
It is important that company can find more qualified resources and make choice from both permanent residency and provisional visa holders, as they have the same rights and provisional visa holders may be more professional (because it is not easy to immigrate to SA and it kind of evidence for them with strong ability on their professional filed). Another important thing is, it would be appreciated for local company share the chance for them and this really means a lot to help them settle down, that means, meantime, the company make contribution to "introduction of talents” strategy which made by government.
Therefore, it the benefited for both company and candidates, it would be great if the company can take my suggestion with serious consideration.
Thanks again for your time to read this mail and please forward this mail to whom may interested in this. I am looking forward your feedback if the company decide give more chances to those provisional visa holders, and I would be very happy if you updated the hiring information on SEEK.com .
Best Regards,
Allen
