NSW的州担保只是暂停处理申请，因为13/14年的名额满了。等到7月重开14/15年的州担保，按照递交申请的时间处理。所以建议你现在尽早提交NSW的州担保申请。没有赌一把的精神，恐怕永远都赶不上啊。

Effective 24 December 2013, applications for NSW nomination for the subclass 190 visa will close. Applications received after this date will not be processed or returned. NSW will reopen for the subclass 190 visa nomination in July 2014.
