只需要：推荐信，护照认证（或出生公证），学位学历成绩单密封件（或公证）。

我提供的东西有点多，内容如下：
学历学位成绩单一般说法是给学校密封件就行，但我看到有些assessor还是需要公证件，我索性就直接给了学历学位公证件+学历学位成绩单密封件。
我是申请RPL，所以还有RPL的project report。你如果学历和工作一致不需要的。
我还附上了几个SAP课程的证书，我是做SAP的。这个也不是必须的。

1. Cover letter (this document);
2. A confirmation email;
3. A completed online application form;
4. A completed RPL form;
5. A certified birth certificate;
6. A certified Bachelor Degree;
7. A certified Bachelor Graduation Certificate;
8. A certified Master Degree;
9. A certified Master Graduation Certificate;
10. A copy of Bachelor transcript with ICT course highlighted;
11. A sealed envelope from University, including,
            a) A copy of Bachelor Degree;
            b) A copy of Bachelor Graduation Certificate;
            c) A copy of Bachelor transcript;
               d) A copy of Master Degree;
            e) A copy of Master Graduation Certificate;
               f) A copy of Master transcript;
12. Copies of three SAP standard training certificates;
13. Reference letter from supervisor;
14. Referencee’s business card;
15. CV.

怎么电话联系ACS呢,我只是发邮件给[email protected]和Vikie.Latu.
我也很急,到现在在线提交且扣款成功了,却收不到confirmation email,纸质文档不能邮寄.
请问有ACS的电话号码么?还有该电话号码是否有时段的,比如只能澳洲时间早上(能否提供对应的中国时间段).周一至周五,我打电话时需要提供哪些信息给他们的么?
