之前失误了，求扫描件的时候说deadline是7月1号，结果CO说7月1号铁定来得及，就不想给扫描件了！！
刚帮我朋友写了封求扫描件的信，说去年就提前关闭申请了，今年没准也会这样，还是希望要个扫描件..可是我怕这样写，CO会不会觉得太杞人忧天，不想理啊？？

Thank you so much for your reply.I'm glad to know that the assessment is completed.
Still, if possible, I'd like to request for a scanned copy of the outcome letter . Because although the deadline is announced to be 1 July, the DIAC might stop accepting applications anytime before that date. As far as I know, the DIAC application from offshore Australia was temporarily shut down from May,2010,that was 2 months before 1 July, without any early notice. If that kind of thing happens this year, I'll lose the chance to change my life, and every effort I have made before would be wasted.
I would really appreciate if you could be so kind to send the scanned copy, so I could grab this last chance and lodge the DIAC application before it is too late.
