我提供的是密封件。密封件的制作过程如下：
我的大学不提供英文成绩单，但可以自己翻译，学校审核。于是我就将毕业证、学位证、成绩单复印，在复印件的背面打印上对应的英文翻译，学校审核后在所有中英文材料上盖教务处的印，然后再将上述三份中英文材料装入有教务处字样的信封内，在信封的上下两处封口处盖教务处的印，这样就做好了一个密封件，我做了五份，以备将来到澳洲申请学校用。
很多大学都提供上述三份材料，一般要收点钱，不过这样也省心。但一定要提醒学校中文材料也需要，这是因为不少大学认为学生出国只需提供英文材料就可以了，结果ACS要求补料，补充相应的中文毕业证、学位证和成绩单。
如果学校不提供上述材料，可以和他们商量，找找熟人，一般问题不大。实在不行，只好公证了，这要多花一些钱。
